• No deposit is required to reserve your event date. 
• Bookings are confirmed upon submission of your bundle or customized packable and return of the signed Service Agreement.

• Standard Payment: Full payment is due on the day of the event, prior to setup.

• Purchase Order (PO) Clients: Net 30-day payment window available for approved schools, municipalities, or corporate clients with valid purchase orders.

• Accepted Payment Methods:

☐ Credit/Debit Card (via secure invoice link)

☐ ACH/Bank Transfer (for PO clients)

• Minimum Booking Cost: $640 (includes 4 arcade games for 4 hours)

• Hourly Rate After 4 Hours: $125/hour

• Add-ons and customization fees will be itemized in your invoice quote.

• Discounts may be applied during your event consultation.

• Clients will receive a detailed invoice quote upon submission of their selected bundle. 
• All pricing, discounts, and add-ons will be clearly listed.
• A signed Service Agreement is required to finalize the booking.
• W-9 Form will be provided upon request for accounting or vendor onboarding purposes.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid full payment charges. 
• Rescheduling is permitted with 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Game Go LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or operational concerns.

• Clients booking outdoor events must provide a backup indoor location or request a tent rental during the consultation.

• Setup areas must be flat, dry, and accessible, with adequate space to protect equipment from rain, wind, or extreme heat.

• Game Go LLC reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel setup if weather conditions pose a safety risk to guests or equipment.

• Unsafe conditions include but are not limited to:

☐ Heavy rain or flooding

☐ High winds exceeding 25 mph

☐ Lightning within 10 miles

☐ Extreme heat (above 95°F) without shade or cooling provisions
